Get to know your team
was created from a need for high quality training and resources for on-the-go skilled professionals who want to expand their clinical or leadership expertise. Working with remote teams, shift work schedules and varying learning styles can make it challenging to offer training opportunities especially in progressive healthcare organizations. The Knowledge Hub provides individuals and organizations with the ability to access engaging, research-based training from expert instructors without scheduling limitations.
wondering if we're a great fit?
Loves: learning, creating, cooking/eating good food, imagining, organizing, exploring the outdoors, collaborating, inventing, inspiring, botanical teas (but not weird tasting ones), growing gardens, reading, playing music, helping others realize their potential.
Does not love: cabbage rolls, rudeness, really hoppy beer, bitter coffee, people who don't work hard.
Works well with organizations and individuals who: are committed to lifelong learning, love inspiring their crews, prioritize developing their leaders, aren't afraid to get creative and/or try new things to accomplish goals, aren't afraid to invest (time, comfort zone, budget) into building their team.
What you can expect: honesty, mild doses of sarcasm, project updates, bringing in SMEs when needed, a really great project outcome.
