AI prehospital patient simulators

Coming in 2026! Canada's first AI Prehospital Patient Simulators

Our AI patient simulator is purpose-built for paramedics and prehospital care, delivering realistic, conversational patient encounters that strengthen clinical reasoning, communication, and decision-making in the field. Designed to mirror real-world EMS scenarios, it allows learners to engage with dynamic AI patients anytime, anywhere, supporting consistent, scalable training across the entire paramedic workforce.

The simulations can be seamlessly linked to the goMedic community paramedicine and prehospital leadership curriculum, as well as advanced clinical learning resources, creating a fully integrated educational pathway. This allows learners to apply concepts from leadership, clinical decision-making, and community-based care directly within realistic patient encounters, reinforcing knowledge transfer, supporting reflective practice, and bridging the gap between theory, policy, and frontline care.

About the Platform

Our simulation platform supports a wide range of use cases, including standardized recruitment, preceptorship, field training officer programs, community paramedicine, post-secondary paramedic education, continuing medical education, remedial training, and return-to-practice. Scenario banks are organized by category, allowing organizations to select and deploy simulations that match their operational needs, learner level, and scope of practice.

Each paramedic service or organization is supported by a centralized admin dashboard, providing visibility into all users, preceptors, and field training officers in one place. Administrators can manage access, track engagement, and unlock simulation banks based on purchased packages, ensuring the right training reaches the right people at the right time, without added administrative burden.

Our Simulation Pathways

Community Paramedicine

Designed to shift assessment strategies from traditional 911 responses to longitudinal, patient-centred community care. Simulations emphasize chronic disease management, social determinants of health, and preventative decision-making. Ideal for developing clinical reasoning outside of emergency-driven calls.

FTO Health Teaching Practice & Training

Built specifically for Field Training Officers developing leadership and coaching skills. Scenarios focus on giving feedback, resolving conflict, and supporting learner growth in the field. Strengthens consistency, professionalism, and instructional confidence across FTO programs. Ideal for community paramedics, educators, and FTOs delivering patient education. Simulations reinforce evidence-based teaching strategies such as teach-back and chunk-and-check. Learners practice adapting education to patient understanding, readiness, and health literacy.

Preceptor & Paramedic Trainee

Entry-level simulations that support paramedic students and new hires during early training phases. Learners practice structured history taking, foundational assessments, and professional communication. Includes scenarios focused on soft skills, confidence-building, and managing interpersonal challenges. Designed to strengthen structured yet fluid history taking and physical examination skills. Scenarios allow learners to practice clinical reasoning without time pressure. Supports confidence, accuracy, and consistency in patient assessment.

Return to Practice

A dedicated series of simulations supporting paramedics returning after a leave of absence. Focuses on rebuilding confidence in call structure, history taking, assessments, and communication. Provides a low-pressure, supportive pathway back to operational readiness.

Reporting

Focused on clear, concise, and structured verbal communication. Learners practice patches, triage reports, and patient handoffs using standardized formats. Enhances clarity, professionalism, and patient safety during transitions of care.

Therapeutic Communication

Focused on the human side of prehospital care where conversations matter most. Simulations include death notification, conflict resolution, emotionally charged encounters, and challenging patient interactions. Learners build adaptability, empathy, and clarity under pressure.

How It Works

Set Up Your Organization Dashboard
Contact us to get your organization onboarded with a centralized admin dashboard. Each organization includes one admin and multiple users, with an annual base cost covering the dashboard, one admin, and three users. Additional users such as FTOs, preceptors, or new hires can be added for an annual per-user fee.
Select Your Simulation Packages

Choose the simulation packages that best fit your training needs. Organizations can purchase individual category packages or opt for the full suite of simulations for maximum flexibility across roles, experience levels, and programs.

Contracting & Billing

Once your packages are selected, sign the contract and complete your first invoice. Billing is annual, and new users can be added at any time throughout the year as your program grows.

Join the Simulation Community

Participate in our growing community of simulation users to help shape future content. Organizations can collaborate, request new scenarios, and contribute to the development of new simulation packages.
