Micro-Cert in Prehospital Preceptorship

Designed specifically for paramedic educators, this asynchronous online course provides comprehensive foundational training for new preceptors and is an excellent refresher for seasoned educators. Topics include: providing feedback, adult learning principles, stages of mentorship, addressing conflict and creating a learning plan. Includes downloadable templates and certificate of completion. Presentation Skills for Educators and Leaders

A comprehensive course for new and seasoned leaders, this course teaches the fundamentals of preparing and delivering presentations. Topics include audience engagement, online presentations, preparation strategies, troubleshooting and tailoring presentations to various audiences. Designing Health Education
for Individuals and Teams

Ideal for educators, Community Paramedics and training officers, this course teaches basic instructional design principles, delivery considerations, psychology of learning, considerations in clinical health education, and audience engagement. Learn how to create and deliver engaging health education designed for individualized education or community workshops by developing ideas, structuring learning and measuring outcomes. Micro-Cert in Engaged Leadership for First Responders

Designed for individuals or teams, this comprehensive course covers first responder leadership fundamentals over 6 weeks. Topics include Emotional Intelligence, cognitive biases, communication, organizational behaviour, providing feedback, mentoring and coaching, working with remote teams and leadership skills development. Each module includes exercises, discussion guides and a template library. Certificate in Education and Professional Standards Leadership

Designed for healthcare leaders who are expanding their leadership role as a health educator and professional standards leader. Free Recruitment Tool: Characteristics of Effective Educators

Designed for healthcare and paramedic services who are recruiting preceptors within their organization. This free tool can be assigned to candidates as part of the recruitment process. Certificate is available on completion.

Option 1: For Paramedic Services
Request a quote and sign a learning contract to align your program with organizational goals and budget.


Option 2: For Individuals or Teams
Purchase single seats or multiple enrollments directly on our course site. Upon purchase, you’ll receive access codes to distribute to staff. Visit our learning site here.

Complete Contract & Payment

Once your contract is signed, complete payment via credit card (up to $5000 CAD) or EFT. After processing, your courses will be activated.

Receive Course Access

Immediate access is granted upon payment. Learn at your own pace through our mobile app and online platform. For paramedic services, we offer:
